Areas of Expertise The ASBC is the only independent professional Building Consultant organization registered as a training organization with CITAB. Each Member annually applies for Accreditation in a particular field or fields of expertise, this accreditation is reviewed annually by the Executive Committee. A Member that acts outside their area of expertise may face a disciplinary hearing before the Executive Committee and risks either having their ASBC Accreditation withdrawn or the Membership of the Society suspended or terminated.
